A1: Flawless at First Glance

The screen will have very few, if any, faint scratches only visible upon close inspection or viewing/rotating under light.

The housing/bezel will have very few, if any, minor blemishes only visible upon close inspection.

A2: Excellent

The screen will have few, faint small scratches, only visible upon close inspection or viewing/rotating under light.

The housing/bezel will have few, faint small blemishes only visible upon close inspection.

B1: Great

The screen will have few to several faint small scratches, only visible upon close inspection or viewing/rotating under light.

The housing/bezel will have several blemishes (scratches, scuffs), visible upon quick inspection.

Compared to the B1 grade, the screen might show slightly more signs of use, and the housing will show more signs of use.

B2: Lightly Used

The screen will have numerous faint and a few more pronounced scratches visible upon quick inspection.

The housing/bezel will have several blemishes (scratches, scuffs) visible upon quick inspection.

The screens on the C1 grade will show more signs of use compared to the B2 grade.

C1: Used

The screen will have extensive, pronounced scratches, easily visible upon quick inspection.

The housing/bezel will have extensive, pronounced blemishes (scratches, scuffs), easily visible upon quick inspection.

KFCG: Cracked Glass

The device has a working LCD. The device will have cracked glass on the front and/or back

A small percentage of devices may have an LCD blemish

Other: Devices have not been cosmetically graded and will vary in appearance.

KFLB: LCD Blemish

The device has a working LCD. The device will have a blemish on the LCD (white spot, yellow spot, burned image, discolored LCD, or halo)

Other: Devices have not been cosmetically graded and will vary in appearance.

Secondary Grades

PGL: One or More Non-Key Functions Do Not Work
Good LCD

The device will power on. It will have a good LCD. One or more non-key functions do not work.

There are no cracks on the screen and no LCD blemishes.

PLB: One or More Non-Key Functions Do Not Work
LCD Blemish

The device will power on. One or more non-key functions do not work.

There are no cracks on the screen. There will be LCD blemishes.

PCG: One or More Non-Key Functions Do Not Work
Blemish Possible

The device will power on. One or more non-key functions do not work.

The device will have cracked glass on the front and/or back. There is a small percentage chance that the device may have an LCD blemish.

PID: Facial Recognition Does Not Work, Cracks and Blemish Possible

The device will power on. One or more non-key functions do not work. Facial recognition will not work.

There are no cracks on the screen. LCD blemishes are possible.
